Hi, I tried to copy a movie DVD Snow White for my daughter and I am using a DVDSmith software (http://www.dvdsmith.com/any-dvd-cloner-platinum.html), but failed... the program can copy the DVD, but when it goes to 100%, it stops moving on, generally, it should finish complete with a window popup and I have to click "cancel" to quit the program. Any ideas?
