DYmo Labelwrirter won't connect to Win 10.1 64-bit Machine running underParrallels on iMac

I am trying to install a Dymo Labelwriter 450 printer on a Windows 10.1 virtual machine running under Parallels VM software on An Apple iMac (El Capitan 10.11.1 (15B42).
I can run the Dymo software for Mac OK on the Mac machine but since upgrading from Win 7 (32-bit) to Win 10.1 (64-bit), seem unable to even recognise the existence of the Dymo printer in Windows 10.1.
Dymo Tech Support are disinterested.
Does anyone you have any experience of this sort of problem, and is there an easy solution.
My alternative is to try to export the data from MS Access into an Excel spreadsheet, or a CSV file, then switch to the iMac and use the Dymo under El Capitan Mac to get labels. there are 200+ labels to print, all different!

Please let us know the source of installation, are you trying to install it with a DVD or a CD?

Please share the printer between Mac & Windows and check if the issue still persisting.
