    First time poster.

I just upgraded my PDesktop for Mac to the 3094 version from the 1970. I LOVE IT!

Only problem is I can't seem to play and Windows Media Files. It says that WMP encountered a problem. After clicking though is seems to have some kind of audio issue. Any thoughts to what the problem is.

Videos plays in IE and Real with no problems.

Using WMP 11. Have a MacMini running 10.4.8.

    Thanks in advance.

I don't know the answer to your question, but, why do you need to play WMP files in Parallels? There's perfectly good software to play them in OS X. You can use VLC, or there's the Flip4Mac plug-in for Quicktime.

I have not been able to play TV reruns on CBS' Innertube web site using Mac OSX 10.4.7, even though I have both WMP and Flip4Mac installed. Keep getting a message that WMP is not installed, and it has a problem with RealPlayer as well. So I use Parallels for that. BTW: both the ABC and NBC web reruns play ok in Safari.
