Elder Scrolls Online doesn't start

I have tried a few other games that worked, but ESO is not starting. When I press "play" the button goes grey for a few seconds and then back to blue again. No message, no nothing?

I tried Europa Universalis 4 and it worked, even though it warned me that I have only 512 mb video memory. I can't seem to find a way to allocate more video memory out of Silicons unified memory ( I have 16 gb ram).

Anyone got ESO to work in parallels for arms?
