Running Parallels on my iMac: Get the occassional "hdd file missing, corrupted, etc. Run fix [trash .ick file, copy largest file in .hdd folder, convert, etc.].

    Always worked without a problem.

Latest when I went to run fix and open my .hdd file it's empty?!

    How can I fix this?

Is the hard disk's space (.hdd) zero as well?
If the files are missing on the Mac side (no .hdd, or no .hds in your case), then you can only try to restore it from the backup.
The other way, if you have deleted it manually, some recovery tools like Mac data recovery might help as well.
