The ENTER key fails to work when using a USB Serial Port in a VM.

This behavior occurs under both Linux and Windows guest VM's.

    System: MacBook Pro
Host OS: Mac OS X (10.4.11)
Parallels Desktop 3.0 for Mac (Build 5608)
Guest OS: RHEL 5.1 (2.6.18-53.el5) using minicom
Windows XP 2003 Service Pack 3 using hyperterminal

The serial port settings are 57600 8N1 which successfully shows
the output of the target device while booting.

In addition, while using minicom under Linux, the ^A F sequence (send break)
elicits a syslog message from the target device.

Seems as though the communications are configured correctly.

Pressing the ENTER key fails to register.

The following tests have been conducted:

Using the USB keyboard as-is (functions normally in the VM)
Connecting the USB keyboard directly to the VM.
    Using the built in keyboard.

Target device fully functional and responsive when connecting
via physical host/serial port running Linux/minicom.
