Error id 9 when trying to resize disk

    Hi there,
    When I am trying to resize the disk of a windows 8.1 VM and when I want to apply the changes, I get the error below? I am on Yosemite running the latest build of Parallels 9. Any ideas? :). The offered solution does not seem to fix the issue.
