I started having this problem today after moving my VM over to a new iMac with 10.6.2. That process went smoothly and I thought Parallels (new copy) was working fine. However that is not the case. I started getting errors in wuauclt.exe every time it would launch. I find that it's a problem that other's are having too (http://forum.parallels.com/showthread.php?t=96120&highlight=wuauclt). I since uninstalled Kaspersky and it no longer got the error. Now, I can't even re-install Kaspersky! I tried, the system got the error in that file, and than Kaspersky wanted to up after restart and it couldn't find the .msi file. I have no idea what's going on with this, but currently I'm running the VM with no virus protection at all. Am I going to have to reinstall the OS and everything here??? Ideas?
