I have installed an Windows XP VM under Parallels build 4.0.3810 and it refuses to join the domain. On the networking within the VM I have set the DNS and WINS server to the address of the domain controller, additionally I have disabled windows firewall. When I attempt to join the domain it doesn't even get as far as asking me for a domain account to validate and comes up with the following error: ======================================================================== Note: This information is intended for a network administrator. Windows 7 I am running into this error when trying to connect to my domain. I tried switching to all the different networking options in parallels 4.x Nothing is allowing me to connect to it. I am able to get out to the internet using shared networking only. Any thoughts? Thanks
