Error License

    I have buy a update license but don't work.
    I have a full license of parallels 7.
    I need a solution for don't buy a another license.

    According to our licensing policy, an upgrade to Parallels Desktop 11 for Mac is supported from Parallels Desktop 9 and 10 only. If your previous version key is for Parallels Desktop 7, please visit the Parallels Online Store to purchase a full license for Parallels Desktop 11 for Mac. We can process the refund for the upgrade purchase.
