Error Message Upon Starting

Hi,

I've just finished installing Parallels 3 on my new 3G iMac.

Whenever I start up my virtual machine I get an error window that pops up saying:

" Timed out waiting for the file system to initialize.The volume has been ejected. You can use the init_timeout mount option to wait longer."

The machine sort of works OK bu I'd still be grateful for any thoughts on how to stop that message coming back each time I start up!
