Error message when booting into windows

Hello all,

I hope someone out there might be able to help with this. I have upgraded to OSX Lion recently and now i can not load windows through Parallels 6.0. I have updated to the most recent Parallels. Windows starts booting than i get this error message;

"Windows could not start because of a computer disk hardware configuration problem.
Could not read the selected boot disk. Check boot path and disk hardware.
Please check the Windows documentation about disk hardware configuration and your hardware reference manual for additional information"

I should point out that i have had absolutley no issues with Parallels prior to update to Lion. It has run smooth as glass from day one.

Any help would be appriciated.
