Anyone else trying this and seeing this? It happens every time. Don't know if it's not compatible yet or if something may be wrong with my install. (MacBook Air M1, standard version).
Also cannot get 23H2 to install using the Window Update Assistant. But getting error code 0xc0000005. Memory error according to Microsoft.
Hello! Would you replicate the issue again and collect a technical report while the issue is being reproduced (click Parallels icon > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and send the report's 9-digit ID in your reply?
Parallels 19, M1 mac user here. It's funny, I couldn't get the 22H2 update for several months. I became convinced it was never coming to my computer so I resorted to a "force" method posted in a 22H2 thread here (the thread appears to have been deleted.) Just this morning, 23H2 magically appears and installs as smooth as silk.
Hi Beignett - you mention a thread that appears to have been deleted - could you please post the contents? Thanks. Right now I am stuck on 21H2, with a Win 11 Enterprise licence applied.
Here is a screenshot of the method that worked for me to get from 21H2 to 22H2. Blackforge posted it on the thread that I can't find.
I have a Mac mini with M2 Pro chip. I am having the same issue trying to update Windows 11 to 23H2. I get this: Install error - 0x800f081f. I was hoping that the latest Parallels release which I installed today might fix the issue. Have reached out to Tech support for two week and have no resolution. Anyone else in the weeds dealing with this? Thanks, Blake
I just found this thread after asking in another one what the latest version is for W11 ARM, but I did not get any replies. I followed the steps in #9, also did the gpupdate /force, rebooted Windows, even rebooted the Mac (16" MBP 2021 M1 with P19.2), but I still don't see the 22H2 version in Windows update. What else can I try to get my W11 updated?
I chatted with MS tech support, they checked my VM, we tried different things, but then they said, they are not supporting the ARM version, and directed me back to Parallels support
