Having a frequent issue with Parallels 7 on Lion. Guest OS is Windows 7 x64.

On an actual Windows 7 machine, you can open multiple sessions of Excel 2007 and open different files within each session. Doing this in Parallels often (but not always) results in the 2nd Excel session opening a file as "read-only".

Is this a known issue? Could it be related to having the virtual disks mounted in MacOS? Any thoughts?
