Expandable Disk - how do I trick other windows software that checks disk size

I am trying to install software but my company install program looks at how much space I have on C and will not install unless a certain amount of space is available (quite a bit actually). How can I force the expandable disk to grow or at least report a large size so that my install program won't fail?
