Hello, in 2021 I created an account with my student email (filapapa@civil.duth.gr) and I had the student version. However, this email has expired since I graduated in the end of 2022. I don't have access to this email anymore so I don't have access to that Parallels account. Today I realised that that subscription has been renewed without me knowing it. I would like to terminate my subscription and I am kindly requesting a full refund (90 euros). I was not aware that my subscription would have been automatically renewed and without my permission and I could not have terminated since this email doesn't exist anymore.
