Hi, i've recently tried Parallels desktop for mac, and it is working exactly as expected. I asked my company to get me a license but it seems their account as some issue and it's impossible for them for the moment to get a key... My company already has opened a support ticket but i would like to know if there is any way to restart the trial in waiting to figure out how to fix the issue ? Thanks in advance.
It is not possible for us to extend the trial but you can buy a license in the meantime your company resolves issues with their account and get a refund for your order within 30 days from the date of purchase.
