Hi I have recently upgraded to OS X El Capitan. Was previously running Parallels 8 on OS X Mountain Lion. As I am no longer able to operate Parallels 8 on my mac, I am having trouble extracting my files from 'My Documents' in Windows. Any kind souls able to help me out? I would like to extract the files so that I can at least transfer it to another platform to open it.
Hi, you may try to get a trial copy of Parallels Desktop 11 as suggested in this article to mount a virtual hard disk to access your files.
