Extracting data from a paralells 3 virtual drive

Is it possible to extract data from a parallels 3 virtual drive to use on virtualbox, i have all my money files safely locked in my virtual vista drive, but as 3 isnt snow leopard compatible i can't get at it, i was hoping to be able to extract the data and use it in virtual box in hopes that a patch for 3 is released to allow me to get that going again.
