fail to activate SSL?

    I have just purchased QUICKSSL from namecheap today
    but i am unable to activate the certificate which is procedure by 2x application.
    However it is ok from me to apply the certificate made by windows IIS
    Is it ok for me to use the Cert made by IIS?
    Pls advice.
