Failed Terminal Server Agent install

    We have set up a new Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard and completed a default install of the 2X Remote Application Server 12.0 (2136).

    We attempt to configure 2X and add the Terminal Server

    When we click install, the agent uninstalls the previous services. We then see this message:

    The 2X login pops up but cannot connect and when we cancel the login, the 2X console closes and the executables are no longer available.

    We have attempted a reinstall, repair install and complete remove and reinstall but to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I'm having the exact same problem here. I've tried reinstalling multiple times with fresh reboot as well as trying to previous version, the result is always identical: The 2x Terminal Server Agent service refuses to start. Please help.

    I have the same exact problem. I've tried fresh reinstalls with fresh reboots as well as trying a previous version of the software to no avail, either way the 2x Terminal Server Agent will not start. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I'm having the same identical problem. I've tried reinstalling and reverting to older versions to no avail. Any information would be very appreciated.

    P.S. Message to moerdator: this is the third time I've tried posting this, please allow me to post this or at least explain why it has been deleted twice.
