Failed to get MAC address

    Hello 2x,

    My application server is logging the following message in the log every 15 minutes:

    Failed to get MAC Address (0x0000001f) A device attached to the system is not functioning.

    What could be the source of this message? I hope i solve it because the log is filling up with these..

    I'm running version 6.1 build 465, running on 2003 SP2 virtualized on vmware ESX 3.01

    Hi there,

    Are the Clients that connecting with the gateway based on a different network or on the same one?

    Hello Nixu,

    Even if no clients are connecting, this error appears. For instance, during the night, i get only these errors in the log..
