failed to open parallels networking module

I just upgraded to parallels desktop 4 from 3. I'm using windows xp with sp2 and I'm getting this error every time I try to share my connection with my virtual machine:

Failed to open the parallels networking module. Your virtual machine will continue to work normally, but the networking will be disabled. You can fix the problem by restoring the default network settings. To this effect, go to Parallels Desktop > Preferences > Network and click Restore Defaults.

I've read some other blogs that say I have to load this driver: "sudo kextload /System/Library/Extensions/prl_netbridge.kext/" and check connect in VM network adapter configuration. My question is how do I load the driver?

Any thoughts?

Could you please click the menu Help -> About Parallels Desktop and post here the version you are using?
There should not be any problem with version 4.0.3810 and higher.

Also, could you please send me a private message with a link to the blog where such info was provided?
