Under Fedora Core 7, the Parallels Tools process takes about 20% of the CPU. This is with The latest Parallels beta (build 5060) and with the tools version 3.1.5027.

I didn't notice this problem in the previous release.

hi all - i'm finding the same problem on my fc7 install on parallels 5120. I've noticed this with the previous beta too - anyone come across this?

    This is interesting - http://kb.parallels.com/entry/37/465/

fc7 is not on the list of compatible linux distros !

would be interested to find out if anyone else has run into this problem and what (if anything) they have done about it..

    cheers

I get the exact same issue with CentOS 5, and that is in the supported set. Ditto Ubuntu.

    Hello all,

I suppose updating to 5160 should eliminate the problem. Please try.

    Best regards,
