Feeling Ripped Off!

Bought P10 a few months ago, upgraded to El Capitan and they want another $50 from me to regain the functionality I just lost. If your new to the product keep in mind they will refuse to give you any free upgrades. I'd suggest an alternative that doesn't treat their customers like cash cows looking to always make a buck. If I'd had the product for a year or so I'd say fine, but 4 months doesn't really feel fair to me.
