File permissions are locked - parallels 11 - windows 7

This is what I get when I try to delete the files, I have looked at every post I can on changing permissions within Windows itself, The issue seems to be that the files are 'locked' by this process of parallels.

"the action can't be completed because the file is open in Parallels Control Centre'

Sorted by reinstallation of Parallels Tools as suggested by support.
