I have a sneaking feeling that my 6 month old MacBookPro had a bad install of Parallels 5 due to some very weird issues that I have been trying to stop. Since I'm a new convert to Mac this has been none to easy. Does anyone see that finder "jumps around" like in this screencast? http://screencast.com/t/XIWgsRjbyNH If I happen to have the folder below the folder I am uncollapsing finder will "jump" all the way down and "throw" me down to the bottom of the window. I then have to scroll all the way up to the top of the viewport to get back to where I thought I was. I've tried deleting the Finder plist about six times (every month or so when I try to tackle this issue again). It is /also/ happening on my MacPro desktop machine that had WinXP in BootCamp installed on one drive and which I went ahead and installed Parallels 5 on the other drive. Both are using Snow Leopard and both were immediately upgraded to Parallels 6 in the hopes that some of this stuff would go away. Thanks, Jon
