    Hello,

I have downloaded 4.0, upgraded from 3.0 and now it asks for a registration code. I bought 3.0 in October so I am eligible for the free upgrade, BUT...the Nova site is asking for my serial number and it doesn't seem to be in the manual (thought it might be stuck to the back). Is there some way I can find it in the software, or did the upgrade erase all of that?

I checked the site to see if they had me registered but now it only says I have NOT registered 4.0.

I am trying to get the receipt, but until then the about Parallels says, "Expires on...." (a few days from now), and I'm not sure if I reinstall 3.0, I will be able to get into it w/o my serial.

Did the 4.0 upgrade simply wipe out my previously registered version, and what am i to do?

    thank you

    On disk sleeve

The serial # is in the back of the disk sleeve.

    Which one?

It's the activation key on the back of the sleeve? with 30 characters or the other one in the right bottom corner of the sticker?
