Hey Gang, I'm using Parallels to test the installation process for Linux systems (known as 'kickstart') and FreeBSD. For these tests, I am using a floppy disk. However, a real floppy disk is slow and can be a bit tedious. Does anyone have any recommendations for a Floppy disk emulator, or a floppy disk image builder? Apple Disk Tools doesn't seem to have this sort of functionality. I've searched on Google, but I haven't found many good tools to do this. Since I'm sure there are other people in the same boat, I thought I would ask here. I appreciate any help. -= Stefan
Once you are booted to Linux and VM has this floppy disk connected, it should be possible to create a disk image using just linux-commands without third-party program: from http://untitledfinale.wordpress.com...unt-and-copy-floppy-disks-images-under-linux/
