I am running Windows 10 Anniversary Update in Parallels on a Macbook Pro. I am seeing the following problems:
    1. Selecting a different window requires clicking the window's titlebar twice to get focus. This is particularly bad if the new window is in a different monitor.
    2. Dragging a window is clunking. Sometimes it does not drag (related to issue 1), sometimes it drags then bounces to a previous position in the drag path.
    3. Left-button click on the taskbar occasionally brings up the context menu (right-button behavior) instead of launching the selected app.

I am new to Parallels. Is this behavior a known limitation of using Parallels on a Mac? Is this related to the latest Windows version?
    Thanks.

Hi Greg. I am seeing the same issues, needing to click title bar twice and windows bouncing back when dragging, however, I am running Win 10, with all updates, on a PC. Both of these I can reproduce on any of my Win10 machines, so it looks like Windows is not getting along with something. One band-aid, for dragging a window to another monitor is to Win-Shft and RT or LT arrow, and the window in focus will jump a monitor in the corresponding direction. Sorry couldn't be much more help.
