Following renewal cannot re-register my license key - please release?

    Hi,

    I have been auto-renewed for a second year of Parallels Desktop for Mac Standard and suddenly I cannot login to the application.

    When I logged into my account dashboard, it showed no active subscriptions and I attempted to re-register the initially provided license key. It claimed that the key was in use for another account. Is the best thing to do to request that the license in question be released so that it can be re-registered?
