For Windows guests add option to NOT combine taskbar buttons in the macOS host dock.

Up to Windows 10, there's the option in the taskbar to never combine taskbar buttons, so every single app window has its own icon in the Taskbar. Windows 11 currently does not have the option. I want it so that when Windows app icons show up in the macOS host dock, it does NOT combine multiple windows into one icon. This would help me switch back and forth between apps on macOS and specific app windows in my Windows guest, much faster; instead of having to open up the guest window and pick the specific window from there. This should be a toggle (opt in) in the Windows guest settings.
