Parallels Environment: Build: 3150 Guest OS: WinXP SP2 Drive: BootCamp Garmin Environment: Devices: Forerunner 301 (F/W 3.20), GPSMap 60CSx (S/W v3.10, GPS S/W 2.90) Training Center: v3.2.1 MapSource: v6.11.6 Details: Originally setup a BootCamp Partition to use Garmin devices as Parallels would not support the Forerunner. All Garmin software was originally installed under BootCamp. Note: Install was performed mid-January, Training Center 3.2.0 would not upload to Forerunner. Upgraded to Parallels build 3150 today, Forerunner now recognized as "Garmin International - GPSmap (various models)" still uses the same WinXP drivers. Training Center opens and automatically downloads! Training Center wouldn't upload workouts. Used MapSource (from GPSmap 60CSx) to verify Waypoint upload and it worked! Problem was in Training Center, Garmin released a new version (v3.2.1 on January 24, 2007) that corrects the upload problem. Everything finally works on both GPS's using both software packages. Time to pack it up into a virtual hard drive and ditch BootCamp. Garmin also released v2.0.1 of the Mac Training Center, it is improved over the MacWorld release and has a majority of the functionality of the PC version, although some pieces still feel kludged.
