I purchased Parallels for Mac in September. At that time, I didn't realize that I had an activation key and license because I was using the 14-day trial version. After purchasing, I didn't receive any email with the activation key either (it might have gone to my spam folder). After the 7-day trial, I stopped using Parallels, so I didn't check it again. However, today, when I tried to register again, I found that I still don't have the activation key or license, even though I paid for it.
