There are plenty of posts about how to log into your Parallels account if you forget your password. I'd like to help a user running Parallels which - by the nature of the installation process - is associated with a Parallels account, but we don't know whose. The account web site isn't useful because there is no "forgot username" link. It also isn't useful because it doesn't link to the installation and therefore can't ID the user. The installed app will know if the person who uses its 'link' to log into Parallels is the registered user, but any attempt to do that will un-register the installation until after a successful login, and we don't know which username to use. So, to any Parallels personnel who might be reading this, how do we figure out whose username is associated with a particular Parallels installation without causing downtime? Thanks. tc h
