    Hi,

What happens to shared files and folders if I format a Windows virtualized OS.

I mean. Imagine to have a virtualized OS with shared documents folders/subfolders and all the files in it ... at some point you want/need to format it (e.g. for a virus on the windows side of course)

So you decide to format the OS and reinstall it with the same ISO (you do not install a new OS in a different partition of the virtual machine).

Will the files on the mac shared folders be deleted too?

    Thanks,
