There is no forum for problems with the forum so posting here! I have a particularly critical error with Parallels I would like to post about. I am a registered Parallels user and cannot log in to the forums, when I enter my email login and password it comes up with the error 'Can't create new user'. The user name and email address registered on this account is an alias, just so I could get through to post. Please fix ASAP so I can then post about my Parallels error. I don't want to post my live email address here in case it's picked up by spammers, but if you email me at the alias on this account it will be forwarded to my main and then I can give you my true account details in a private email.
