Found new hardware ??

Im trying to find a new hardware for a device when i plug it into windows XP service pack 3 and the device doesnt come up for me to install the drivers for the program. The item is a DMX usb martin light controller and under devices on the top part of the menu u can actually see it say martin usb controller and i check it and nothing happens

btw im using a Macbook pro brand new with parallels 3.0 the usb device works perfectly on bootcamp when i use that

 

You can create ticket in support and provide as much information as possible, for USB device you are trying to connect
