FR: Change view from dock menu

Feature request:

I would love to be able to change the view of the VM from the Parallels Dock menu. This would save having to enable full screen just to disable it again, which often causes all my existing open windows to resize due to the change in screen resolution.

This would save a bunch of hassle.
