Freezing Browsing Netowrk Locations (sometimes)

Hi we have 3 users running Parallels Desktop for MAC on Version 3 and one user on Version 6 who report that sometimes when they say attach a file to an email which is stored on a network mapped drive it freezes the session. The 3 users running Version 3 say it unlocks after about 10-15minutes of waiting and the Version 6 user says it never unlocks and she has to quit parallels and stop the machine.

Is this a common issue or is there some fault finding i can do to help resolve this issue for them.

We do not support PD 3 anymore, as per PD 6 - suggest to reinstall Parallel Tools and check the performance
