Fresh Install of Dekstop for Mac 4 : Windows Transport -1720 = Unsolved (No Answers)

We have a fresh install of this software, upon trying to install the Windows transporter agent, we get the old -1720.

This laptop is a basic Dell Inspiron B130 Mobile M @ 1.8GHZ x 1.5GB ram. (Windows XP SP2)

This "easy switch" is a joke, this setup is as classic as you get, and this software = FAIL .....

Newest Transporter Agent downloaded from the website here (Build 6578) ..give this error, the one on CD, same error.

What say you? Nova must hate getting this many calls .... how about you stop with the "you have no right to support"

to

"how about we solve these basic problems so you users don't band together and flop us out of the apple store and a class action lawsuit for junk boxed versions" ...
