Hi My Parallels Desktop is in a frozen "Stopping" state. I did what I read: Go to applications > ulilities > activity monitor Locate "prl_vm_app" and force quit. The problem here is that in the Activity Monitor there is no "prl_vm_app" If it helps, there is only "prl_disp_service" & "prl_naptd" but no "vm" Thanks Veronica
