FTP connection error

Hi all! I need to connect to external equipment via FTP. The software I use allows connection but no interaction with the external equipment. When I do a test via cmd (attached image) I find that after entering the correct user name and password the connection is established and accepted by the server, but when I request the directory the process is blocked in the phrase '150 Opening data channel for directory list '. Can anyone help me fix this?
