Fully bypass keyboard config on Windows?

Hi,
My Mac keyboard, both internal and external, work fine.
All my characters are correct, including all Alt-Gr keys for @#{}[]\
I'm a developper and I need all those keys available the same way in a Windows VM than on my Mac side.
Problem is that no matter what VM keyboard config I set, including Generic with no changes, it's a mess.
I never have my {}[]\ characters in the Windows VM.
Is there a way to have a full passthru keyboard layout in a Windows VM that will just use what the Mac does, without interfering in the middle and changing mappings, layouts, etc.?
I can easily live with just command and options being switched, on the left side of the space bar, but not the rest.
