Function keys: how?

    Parallels (windows 8) works fine on my mac (latest version).

    I have one big problem.

    The functionkeys will not works. I like the functionkeys for windows, but it wil not happen.

    I search a lot of time on internet, but i can not find a simple solution.

    Please help me, and give my a simple solution.
