    Hello!

I have the latest version of Parallels and all but I seem to have problems when I try to install some games on my Parallels.
    Im using Windows 7 Ultimate.

I have downloaded some games like Maplestory and CS:GO on Steam.

    For Maplestory:
I'm getting a Java Runtime error which is not allowing me to run the game at all. I have downloaded all the java JDK blah blah blah for x64 AND x84 but still same error. I had ran Maplestory on my old Parallels version and it was fine. But recently I had to upgrade to the newest version of Parallels and my VM got corrupted in the process, therefore requiring me to make a new one and download all my games again.

    For CS:GO:
Everything downloads fine, but when I run the game, nothing pops up. It's supposed to full screen and show a black screen entering into the introduction screens but nothing. I go into my task manager and the process is RUNNING, however I cannot open it or get to it. I tried ending the process and restarting but no luck. Any fixes?

    Thanks!

    Hello David,
    1. Please click on Actions > Reinstall Parallels Tools
    2. Also Go to Actions > Configure > Hardware > Video and increase the memory and check if it works.

Wow! It worked! I downloaded the parallel tools and steam worked! I still need to check out Maplestory to see if that is fixed. Thanks so much!
