I have a Canon MX700 connected to an airport extreme via ethernet. The printer LCD indicates the IP address of the printer is 10.0.1.191. Is there a URL or document that walks you through step by step how to get a network printer to work with parallels v4? I have tried some of the instructions for other printers found via google, but no luck Please advise thanks bob
ticket number ticket 640555 It was elevated to higher level tech support on 12/19...they were suppose to call back...never did. I have uninstalled and reinstalled parallels to try to deal with bugs...some things improved (parallels explorer now works), but performance is inconsistent at best. I would with a tech rep for 2 hours on installing printer, could not get it done. Printer works fine with mac and another windows computer. Thanks bob
