Getting support for new installation

    I just upgraded from Parallels 4 to Parallels 5. The support site says that new installers can have so many (I forget how many) days of free email support.

    But when I tried to submit a support ticket, it required a support code. It said I should be able to find a support code on the 'My Account' setup page after I actuated my installation.

    Well, there is no support code there.

    As it happens, I did find the solution to my problem in the forum. But if another problem arises, how do I go about submitting a support ticket?
