best thing would be to contact support on such an issue I think. Only thing that comes to mind is maybe a connection issue,but if you're sitting on the same network that's unlikely. The support page should be on the www.2x.com maybe they can help you out on this.
David, this issue sound interesting to me and I would love to watch the video, but watching it from my current location is not possible easyly. Do you have a link that is not from the you tube platform? Closing your subject doesn't sound like a 2X issue itself. Have you tried to do the same with plain Microsoft published apps? Do you have the same issue if you connect from a different device? Thanks,
