GoToMyPC access to Quicken 2012 on Parallels 7 - Cannot Enter Text

    I am trying to access Quicken 2012 on my home Mac Pro via GoToMyPC. While I can successfully connect to my Mac Pro via GoToMyPC and work in other Windows and Mac programs, I am unable to enter text into fields in Quicken (e.g., Payee in the register). In some fields I can enter a few letters/numbers but not all characters can be entered. Other times I am not able to enter a single character (e.g., Password Vault). Is it an issue with Parallels? Quicken? GoToMyPC? OS X?

    My system configuration:

    Mac Pro OS X - 10.6.8
    Parallels 7 - 7.0.15094
    Windows 7 - SP1
    GoToMyPC Mac Client - 7.2
    Quicken 2012 - R 7 (21.1.7.18)

    I have tried to look for a pattern that may be causing this, but cannot figure it out for the life of me. I greatly appreciate your assistance.

    Parallels is installed on your work Mac isn't it? if it operates fine when you work natively - the problem is in GoToMyPC

    Try using other remote access programs like LogMeIn, TeamViewer, GoSupportNow, RHUB, Bomgar etc. and check if it resolves your issue.
